Orders and Modifications
Offers, prices, and product availability on our website are subject to change without notice. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation indicating the receipt date, availability, and price of the items ordered. We reserve the right to cancel an order if items cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.
We also reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors, even after an order has been accepted, and to cancel or refuse any affected order.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid online. The amount paid corresponds to the value indicated on the card.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. V-MAN collects applicable taxes in accordance with Canadian laws. Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to Canadian sales taxes.

Shipping
We ship across Canada. Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, size, and delivery address. These fees are displayed before completing your order.
Standard Shipping (Canada)
Free shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) in select regions.
Flat rate of $9 on orders under $75.
Delivery Time
2 to 8 business days after shipment.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
Delivery is handled by a third-party carrier. If no one is available, the package may be left at the door.
Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
Each order can only be shipped to one address. To ship to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
Return Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request online.
During the holiday season, returns are accepted until January 15.
Conditions
Items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
Underwear, swimwear, and socks are final sale.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors or defective items.
Returns are free. A return label is included in the package.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned items.
The postmark date will be used to validate the return period.
A packing slip is required for gift returns.
